Born and raised in the automotive industry, Stephanie loves being in a role where she can connect with people and build relationships.
One of our biggest assets at Quantum5 is our team. A diverse group of experts in their respective fields, each Quantum5 team member brings their passion and creativity into everything that they do, having an immeasurable impact on all aspects of the business. Stephanie Gomez: Community Manager
1. What led you to Quantum5?
The entire vision, culture and values of Quantum5 is what captivated my attention! I was born and raised in this industry. My dad, my uncles, great uncles…all the way up to my great-grandpa Harry have left their mark on this industry! (Fun Fact: My great-grandpa Harry is the originator of the sales board dealerships still use today. He revolutionized the industry with everything from streamlining compensation plans to inventory management. He was a genius years ahead of his time. Lee Iacocca personally consulted my grandpa Harry and he played a big role in turning Chrysler around. My dad still has the letter personally signed by Mr. Iacocca.) Sorry, I could brag about my family all day long! ♥️ I was very fortunate to be raised by amazing innovators, and I loved being raised in the car industry. I was the little girl annoying the salesmen to buy me snacks from the vending machine and force the lot techs to let me run the car wash. At the age of 18, I began working various roles in the dealership and eventually transitioned into sales. I quickly recognized I had a passion working and connecting with people and building relationships. After a few years, I left the automotive industry and successfully started and operated my own company for nearly a decade. I was able to teach and build a team of individuals to also be successful and understand that all clients need/want that connection and relationship in a sales process. It was so refreshing and appealing that Quantum5 had my same outlook and wanted to be the customer advocates in this industry. The more I learned about this company and their vision to help others, I realized these were my people! And, let's be honest, the car industry is just in my DNA so I think it was inevitable I'd circle back eventually.
2. What do you find most interesting about your work at Quantum5?
The way Quantum5 has paved a new way for dealerships by being a partner, not just a vendor, is amazing! The way we’ve created outlets of support and training for the management and for the sales/service staff is an innovative move I am happy and honored to be a part of. The mobile app for continued training, as well as the multiple levels of support offered every day is an amazing concept. It’s a resource I wish I had during my time in sales! I work with amazing teammates that I continue learning from and learning with, who all share the desire of helping others in this industry become successful and reach new goals. That’s the added perk for me! The Quantum5 platform allows me to continue my passion of connecting with people and building relationships, while also impacting individual lives.
3. What are you passionate about outside of work?
Family!!! I come from a very big, close-knit family. Whether it’s a birthday party, football Sunday or just a taco Tuesday; we are always finding ways to be together! My son, Easton, is very active in sports so he keeps us busy and I love watching him play! He’s my world! I am a dog mom too; we currently have 2 rescues (Rico and Benny) and I’m always trying to bring home more. I have a house plant problem too! I lost count awhile back, but my house is a jungle and I love it! 🪴We are a very musical family, so I love teaching my son guitar and piano and going out to support my sister and her band! At one point it was a family band; my dad, sister, brother and I all played together, and my dad still travels and plays in my sisters band today! He’s definitely the coolest member of the family! HAHA I have been with my boyfriend, Corey, for over 13 years. He is my personal comedian, personal chef and my favorite person! We love to cookout and swim in our pool during the summer. Come winter, my love for interior design (comes from my mom) usually means I rearrange and redecorate my house! Don’t even get me started on decorating for Christmas... We are the Griswold’s!!🎄
4. Thinking ahead 12 months, what company related things are you most excited about?
The thought of this question excites me! Knowing Quantum5 is still young and we are constantly looking to evolve and grow our resources for this industry is something I love leaning into! I look forward to bringing my skills to the table and doing all I can to help this team, and this company grow and continue impacting our clients! I also can’t wait to see how the Quantum5 app changes over the next 12 months and see all the new ideas come to light for our company as a whole!
