Scottsdale, AZ– March 22, 2021

Quantum⁵, the first training platform to transform dealership training and bridge the gap between the traditional and digital customer, announced today the release of their industry leading social learning app. The Quantum⁵ app is designed to help sales and service people with skills like identifying the different social styles of buyers and help move them down the funnel toward a final sale, faster.

Unlike other training programs, Quantum⁵ joins the power of in-person skills training with backend technology that includes AI learning, gamification, and community building to create ongoing proficiency in learners. As sales and service teams work their way through the different levels of the app, they become better at determining needs and motivations of buyers, delivering value and handling objections. These skills work together to increase both sales and upsell service opportunities.

“I have more than two decades worth of training experience in automotive and it is time we change the model. Traditionally a trainer will fly in, work the room for two days, and fly back out with about 15% of the training actually retained by the learner,” said David O’Brien, Founder and CEO of Quantum⁵. “Quantum⁵ pairs a skills-based, in-person training program with supported, ongoing development through a community manager and game-based programs. The result is an ongoing system of training support that continues to build proficiency over time and in the end, helps meet the buyer’s need and sell more cars.”

Each learner who logs into the Quantum⁵ training app is taken through a quiz to find out the individual’s style and needs. Once known by the system, AI built into the Quantum⁵ platform pushes individualized content to that learner based on their style. In this way, two sales associates can be working on the same lesson, but with different content personalized for them. When a level is complete, badges, rewards and level up certificates are all pushed to the user to keep the learning fun.

In addition, a Quantum⁵-based Community Manager is in charge of ensuring each team member feels like a valued part of the community and uses their knowledge of each individual to offer up rewards and competitions to further their interaction with the training.

“Quantum⁵ was built to return salespeople back to relational versus transactional selling,” said Ken Herfurth, co-Founder and COO of Quantum⁵. “People like buying from people. The more our salespeople are able to meet the customer where they are today, the more success they will have relating to them on a personal level and ultimately selling them the service or vehicle they need.”

With seven roof tops kicking off just last month and eight new team members joining since January, Quantum⁵ continues to grow quickly. Massive growth for the new training model is forecasted for the remainder of this year.
