Meet Jordan Lewandowski, Head of Story
- What led you to Quantum5?
After spending six years in the Army and a decade freelancing in the film and entertainment industry, I jumped at the opportunity to join the creative team at Quantum5 because I was looking to be a part of an innovative company with a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of its members.
- What do you find most interesting about your work at Quantum5?
As the Head of Story, the most interesting part of my job is working with our talented team of creators and curriculum designers. We create content that leads to a meaningful employee experience so that they can create a positive customer experience for everyone involved.
- What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of my work with Quantum5, I enjoy hiking with my partner Alice and our two hounds, Knox and Raya. In my free time, I write and produce comic books, animated films, and coach high school football.
- Thinking ahead 12 months, what company related things are you most excited about?
Looking ahead, I am most excited about the growth of our team. Not only for the new members but for the teammates that’ve been here for a long while. Looking back at where we started to where we will be a year from now blows my mind. The introduction of Non-Linear (Choose your own adventure) journeys, and the continued gamification of our content will revolutionize the industry.
