FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Guaranteed to convert more calls into appointments after 30 days or your first month is free

Guarantee Details: Call-Q guarantees measurable improvement in phone call-to-appointment conversion rates for your dealership team within 30 days of implementation, or we will credit your first month's payment. A minimum of a 6-month contract is required. 

Baseline Measurement: A 30-day baseline period will be established prior to implementation to accurately measure appointment conversion improvement. This baseline will serve as the benchmark for measuring performance gains, such as increasing call-to-appointment conversion rates. Guarantee begins after the 30-day baseline has been established. 

Training Requirement: To qualify for this guarantee, all designated dealership team members must complete the required Call-Q training program as provided. Failure to complete training may void guarantee eligibility. 

Scope of Measurement: Appointment conversion rates are measured based on first opportunity inbound sales calls from fresh customer prospects only. Follow-up calls and repeat customer interactions are excluded from guarantee calculations. 

Refund Process: If measurable improvement is not achieved within the 30-day guarantee period, customers must submit a written request for refund within 10 business days of the guarantee period expiration.  If you qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you will receive a full credit for your first month's payment, which will be applied as a credit toward your remaining contract balance over the duration of your contract agreement. Alternatively, upon contract termination, any unused credit balance will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approved requests. 

Additional Terms: This guarantee is valid for new Call-Q customers only. Guarantee terms may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Call-Q reserves the right to verify all performance data and training completion records. Call-Q reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
