Meet Jason Frank…

Jason Frank is a Leading Fixed Operations Transformation expert that believes in upending the status quo by unscrambling ritual from reason to jump start modernization that creates value. After spending nearly two decades working in and with Automotive Dealerships, Jason knows what truly drives higher performance in Fixed Operations. Focused on developing repeatable skills and not mastering the training flavor of the week, Jason is able to develop procedures and train skills that produce immediate and sustainable results.

Jason has facilitated some of the largest dealer groups in the United States and Canada with consistent and proven results. As a trained business coach, Jason understands that It’s how well you connect with the individuals you’re trying to help and to communicate your understanding back to them. Growing up in the largest Dodge dealership in the world, he learned every position in parts and service while in High School and University. Logistics and Supply Chain came natural to Jason while attending university and he was recruited for Ralston Purina International as a logistics analyst with assignments in Europe and South America. Wanting to return to Arizona after a corporate buyback, he succumbed to the family trade and entered into Fixed Operations as a Service Advisor eventually becoming a Service Director for one of the largest family owned dealer groups in the country-Earnhardt Automotive. His journey continued to executive recruiting in Fixed Operations and eventually became the Lead National Trainer for Jeff Cowan’s Pro Talk-a leading training firm that focuses on selling skills for service staff. Starting his own consulting firm inherently came with ease and Jason continued to accelerate Fixed Operations performance across both procedural and behavioral methodologies.

When not accelerating Fixed Operations, you can find Jason exploring the world with his beloved family and obsessing over Formula 1 racing.
