Who We Are

Quantum⁵ is rethinking the way the automotive industry experiences training. We empower people to experience learning differently. We challenge and motivate them through community-based learning methodologies that make learning fun, engaging and most importantly, memorable long after the in-person training ends.

Our mission is to create genuine automotive buying experiences through social advocacy learning that empowers sales and service teams to build lifetime value relationships. 

By building a social content platform that delivers interpersonal communication skill development through scenario-based training, gamification and behavioral assessments, we prepare ourselves and our teams for the future of doing business in a digital world. Through our model, we drive higher revenues, have a greater impact on the automotive community and empower individuals to simply be better humans.

Candor.

We practice candid, transparent communication as a team and with our clients. Our candor helps us run towards problems inside Quantum5 and with our clients. We remember that other companies will avoid candor and problems and we will lean into both of them.

We will give it and not require it be earned first. Our team will be known as being “for” the people we work with. We will be great stewards of data both ours and that of the clients and people in our community. We will demonstrate trust in how we talk about our clients and in our ability to do what is right in all situations. Our trust will be visible in what people never see us do as much as in the things they do see.

We will draw energy and creativity from the ability to play and laugh. Our work for our clients will bring learning and smiles. We will use fun to make learning more how people live life. We will use fun part of our teams so that our community is surrounded by it.

Gratitude.

We demonstrate gratitude in all we do with our teammates, partners and clients. Our gratitude extends to our opportunity to transform an industry, how people inside the industry learn and how we help people have advocacy over their income. Our gratitude is also focused on where our gifts to serve others comes from and that we are blessed to have the opportunity to use those gifts.

Learning.

We work to transform learning into a social advocacy community. Our goals is that people are able to learn the way they live – by having fun, by playing, by working with others, by solving problems and facing challenges. We believe in the possibility of others and provide learning so that they can be their best. Our learning focus extends to ourselves – we believe in personal growth and seek it as a part of who we are and not an event.

Quantum Mark

Our mark symbolizes the growth of the 5 skills and how a learner progresses through the training. The gradient change symbolizes how a learner becomes more open, aware and attentive of others through the process. It is also a nod to a speedometer or revving up of something; relates it back to the auto industry while grounding it in our methodologies. These are to be used when a shorthand version of our logo is needed as in a social media avatar, app icon or abbreviated branding need.

Navy.

This darker shade of blue represents trust, confidence, sincerity and intelligence. It unites, calms and exudes a sense of safety and power. You see this color represented in government, medical and education.

Orange.

This vibrant shade of orange is an expression of creativity, enthusiasm, change, and fun. It is stimulating and is tied to stimulating mental activity. You see this color represented in health, adventure, and seasonal changes.

This bright shade of red represents assertiveness, leadership, action, and energy. It symbolizes courage, boosts energy and can elicit feelings of opposites, i.e. safety or danger depending how it’s used. You see this color in medical, holidays, government.

This calming shade of white (ivory) is an expression of elegance, warmth, purity and quality. It’s soft and welcoming while providing structure. You see this color represented in religion, medical, and life events i.e weddings, babies, etc.
