First Quantum5 Trend Series was held December 8, 2022 and focuses on retention.

Quantum5, a leading training company that brings people and technology together for sustained learning and higher profits, debuted a new series of learning sessions for the industry titled, “Quantum5 Trend Series.” The sessions, powered by ESI-Q and surveys of over 100,000 dealership employees over the last three years, will reveal and focus on the industry’s largest trends.

The first trend in the series, debuting December 8, 2022, focuses on retention and show how dealerships can realize the benefits of over a $650,000 profit per year in each store after retaining employees for three years’ time. The numbers are based on a survey of 100,000 dealership employees over the last three years.

Moderated by Dave Foy, guest speakers of the session include retention-minded dealership pros: Ed Roberts, COO of Bozard Ford-Lincoln, Jeff Daniel, Service Director of Maple Hill Auto Group, Ted Kraybill, CEO of ESI-Q, powered by Quantum5, and Cathy Palochko, Senior Vice President of Global Automotive at GP Strategies, who will head up a panel with Lawrie Martin, Asia Pacific Business Development Director of GP Strategies and Scott McCormack, VP Southeast Asian & India Automotive Lead, GP Strategies.
