Meet the Team: Sean O'Brien

Meet Sean O’Brien, Director of Community Management.

1. What led you to Quantum⁵?

As a former car salesman, I recognize the challenges that automotive professionals face daily. I wanted to provide solutions or assistance that can help them overcome obstacles, improve their skills, and achieve their goals. My personal commitment to service, a desire to make a difference in the world, and a passion for helping others succeed are perfectly aligned with Quantum⁵’s values. 

2. What do you find most interesting about your work at Quantum⁵? 

A tie between what we do for our clients and my teammates. Every day I learn something new from everyone I work with, including our clients. I work with a great team that is committed to helping our clients succeed.  

3. What are you passionate about outside of work? 

I am passionate about physical and mental health, sports, and helping others. Another important part of my life is my almost 3-year-old Great Dane, Tuna. I am still pitching to have her installed as the Chief Bark Officer at Quantum⁵.

4. Thinking ahead 12 months, what company related things are you most excited about? 

I would say I am most excited to take on my new role as Director of Community Management. I want to leverage every resource I have available to grow my skillset and impact our clients. I look forward to doing all I can to help the Quantum⁵ Community Management team be the best team to work with in the industry.
