Cheri: I think if there's anything that, really speaks to what people want right now, it is, you The evolution of how convenience has become more important and in many cases, their time is valuable, to them now, so what can you do to make my experience more convenient and easier and, sometimes it's a matter of, I will pay you whatever you want.

You want if you'll just come pick up my car and bring it back to me I think some other things that have been really revolutionary are you know the use of technology in general is often looked at as like a necessary evil In some cases, some people really embrace it, but for some of the, it could be more rural or, stores have been around a long time and, haven't made it a priority texting and, ultimately being able to track the progress of my car, just like you can, I'll use the food delivery as the example again, or like Pizza delivery place.

You can see at what stage it's at. I think that is, there's really something that is, greatly necessary.
