  1. You need to one pick up that phone call with a great attitude and ready to serve the client.
  2. Do you have a good strategy to build value in yourself, your dealership, and the vehicle? 

Before each phone call, equip yourself with a strong game plan as to how you're going to navigate the call to achieve the results you want. This is crucial to a part of the job that actually converts much quicker than some of your other opportunities.
